Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any future contact you may have with customer services. The order confirmation also serves as proof of purchase.
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards.. All payments are handled by third party services, and KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB does not store any credit card numbers.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order.
Payment by Invoice
When choosing to pay via invoice you can pay today and pay later (within 14 days. It is important that you
are registered to the address where you want delivery to when shopping with invoice.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. -Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or any other action resulting in economic damage to KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB will be reported to the police. KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB reserves the right to change prices, and correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund any
amount paid. Private Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the product. The right applies only as long as the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when received. Usually it takes 2 days to process the order and 3-5 business days to ship it . The delivery time may be longer if the product is out of stock.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Koppartrans within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided that the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB is not responsible for the return shipping. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB by email. If a product has been discontinued Koppartrans has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the payment. Koppartrans will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent product if available. It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged , you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product. Any complaints shall be made to our customer service. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. All products remain in KPT 47 i Kristinehamn AB's property until full payment is made.
